Margaret McGowan Skinner

Margaret, or Muggsy as she is know by friends and family, joined Residential Properties Ltd in 2000 after having previously worked in publishing, foundation fundraising and special event planning. As a top producing agent, she has 25 years of knowledge and experience in real estate sales in both Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, representing clients with a high level of customer service and negotiating expertise.

 

Originally from the Philadelphia area, Muggsy has moved several times, both inside and outside the country.  She understands what is involved in a move and seeks to make the transition to a new location seamless for her clients.

 

She currently lives on a waterfront farm in Warren with her husband and a very large Golden Retriever.  In her free time you can find her out on Narragansett Bay in summer and enjoying the arts, music and culinary scenes in the East Bay, Newport, and Providence all year round.
